We made it! There was some doubt at one stage when we discovered that the Jay had a crack in the block. But we then remembered it was built tuff and we had a HQ backup. So we continued on. Offers of trailers would have seen us make it if something had happened. Gotta love the Mysandman community!!

Left the clan to their dinner, cars are snug. Swap meet in the morning.

I hope to make it there next year for the first time in my HQ Premier, i will hopefully have my red P's by then if not i will have to convince mum and dad to go in the FB Holden and put it in the display :P
I have never been to All Holden Day before because we always go to Cessnock swap which is the weekend after

We are home will put some pic up after we unpack wow what a terrific week end and yes we got car of the day sponsored by the Holden dealer network and judged by doctor terry and assistance and as q set said it is a perpetual trophy and our name goes on the plaque along with some other well known vehicles
And boy haven't we got some good friends in this sandman and car world

And yes we were a little over indulgent and spent to much at the swap meeting

Looking forward to the pics of Sunday. Wasn't able to be there yesterday, only just was able to organise work so that I could get there (late after the drive down) for the swap meet on Saturday. Would have been good to catch-up with you all. Next time I'll be entering the ute and its trailer.

Got a few bits at the right price (console lid spring and some original utilux hose clamps in good nick). Saw the Wa66in out the front entry on Sat and of course caught-up again with our favourite auto parts professional. Put a face to a name with an eBay seller who we've bought stuff off each other (Holdenmania).

Be good to see some photos of what was around and maybe get a few more ideas for mine.
