As above, 18V on a HX Holden van or ute with an ADR plate spells Sandman. If it is a HX Kingswood ute or van then 18V is normal if black is selected, or if a Holden ute is NZ delivered (no ADR plate only) then 18V is normal. As this one is a van and a Holden with 18V trim it is a Sandman.
