You were sounding unsure..... I considered doing them years ago when I found out the other fellow wasn't making any more and looked into the legalities of it (how I found out about the designs act) by consulting a Lawyer. Was pondering the demand for them and whether they would be viable when you anounced you were going to do them so I didn't bother proceeding.

Don't take my word for it though, if you are concerned I suggest you get professional legal advice.
