Engine stands wouldn't lift high enough to clear the roof when the body is rotated completely. Also I am worried that the balance would be off when mounting it.
That's why you need to buy some retangular hollow section steel, cut the uprights and weld in a section to raise the height, cut the cross legs and weld in sections to extend them out for stability.
The engine stands have wheels on them so you can move the body against the wall when not working on it and the locking machanism so you can rotate the body, it is easier and cheaper to modify a couple of engine stands than it is to make one from scratch.
Up to you but that is how I made one 10 yrs ago for my jeep body, sold it to a guy in Noosa for his Mustang resto so will need to make another one when I get a shed.
