    Shame you had to use a HZ column in it! Beggars can't be choosers with this stuff today though, best to use what you can get. Can't wait to see it all finished.

    Because that is the date stamp you have saved on the bottom.

    Okay thanks, saw it on another restored Holden, so copied the markings over, whoops, might have to change that eight to a six.

    Looks good to me very tidy have done the same to the tonner but painted the lot like your attention to detail wish the uteI have turned out to be original but thanks to everyone's info is not so originality is not important to its build but may do it as a faker as they look so cool as sandys keep at it buddy can't wait to see it finished

    19M6 (well the 19 can be any calendar number as it represents the day of manufacture)
    As it stands "D" is for April which is a long way from December!

    Thankyou very much for your help, little details like this I was not sure of, when I saw it on another Holden at a show, I assumed it could be a generic reference.
