Red. You are doing it too neat! You are supposed to wait until the engine is all together and use some cardboard to cover the alloy bits and spray hell for leather! All bolts onto red surfaces like rockers, sump etc were all red, as was half the flywheel/flexplate. They were pretty rough.

Haha Byron that is what we did with a spray can and made sure we got overspray on some bits so it looked genuine ;)
