Wow, a real live genuine survivor, and a ute also. Certainly seem's as though it has been used and not abused, a credit to it's former and current owner's. They are still out there.

Well done Oz for finding that and sharing.....

Brilliant example with a 39B interiour. Large hole console, 220kph speedo and interestingly the black handbrake like mine has. No armrests on the Kingswood trims and courtesy light switches in the doors.

Alloy scuff plates on a Kingswood... I thought those were chrome on the Kingy and only Alloy on the Belmont.

I'm sure classic Oz will be rustling up an imaculate pair of those for the old girl. :-)

Mmmm interesting to take a good look over a survivor and a Q at that? Have I been wrong all along thinking that Q sandies were Belmont based and badged as such?..

I guess if in the day you were buying your V8 work ute, why not order up the Sandman, get the carpets deleted for vinyl mats and you get the BIG GTS dash. (yeah, the standard old Q dash doesn't have alot going on. I mean, the fuel guage really doesn't have to be the same size as the speedo. )
Nice set of pics OZ, ta.

All HQ Panelvans were Belmonts. Utes came in two flavours.
