I'm going to say no, theres a whole lot of things wrong. But I am no expert so wait for someone else to tune in.
The main thing I say no to is it being GVW 2200kg's
A nice looking ute though

2200 Kgs is ok for sandman for Hj HX and HZ, its just that if its 2200 kgs and after 9/1975 its chances of being a sandman is less likely.
is there a link to the advert?
looks more like persian sand....

hello , I am new to this forum and and need to ask the question with regard to the verfication of sandman utes , especially as we purchased the ute you discuss in this forum.
There seems to be a lot of grey areas when it comes to the verification and we used your web site when we were doing our research before purchase. We also visited a neighbor of ours who is
the second owner of a HZ sandman ute and has the original purchase papers which lists it as a sandman but has a gvm of 2200 kgs .We checked the vin plate on that ute against a few different sources and could find
nothing except for the xx7 stuff that takes any doubt away.I must mention that we are very happy with the ute we purchased and as it ticked a number of the correct boxes I was wondering if you can give me some
way of determining if it is or isn't . Thanks sarah
Nice ute, just ruined by the loss of the tonneau hold downs. Hard one to verify though.
i was ithinking non Bris built XU3 HX ute would be the the hardest to verify??
