You need engine, box, tailshaft, harness, ECU, radiator, throttle cable etc. HX block is basically the same as VS block and all the EFI stuff will bolt on.

I realise all that, but not sure about the rules seeing that it's earlier then the car.

when you say EFI cam does it also have EFI heads?

Did have but i sold them off ages ago.
Can always track down another set and manifold etc.
