    GTS wheel painting

    Are the masking kits on epay any good?

    Haven't seen them mate.

    But it would pay to make sure they are safe for 2 pac paint if you plan on using it. I know there are some people who have mentioned to me about some mask kits out there for different things that the vinyl is of poor quality and the vinyl bubbles because of the 2 pac paint. Something to make sure of.

    I use masking tape and a hobby knife with plenty of spare sharp blades.

    Yep just takes a bit of time ... and you can enjoy the carton of beer bought with the cash saved ;)

    depending on your beer of choice its 2 to 4 cartons that you can drink....

    Purchased a set of the mask kit from Ebay a while back.

    Worked ok although I still did have to trim up the masks a bit with some trimming tape to hold down edges etc.
    The 2pak did not bleed under the masks that I used and probably did make the job a little easier.
