Looks to be holes for the courtesy light switch in the pillar. Could be worth checking out. A look at the tags and inspection for things like spare wheel winch is what it needs.

Looks like a kinga. Tabs around b pillar for chrome garnish, chrome windscreen surrounds, chrome door handles, no black on headlight surrounds. Someone get tags and prove me wrong!

Tags are the key first thing to check as above^^. All HQ-WB have the switch holes. And the switches are standard on a Kingswood anyway.
