dunno you could get a 6cyl in atleast one of them, i dont even know if the van was a hq with later stripes or a wb with earlier strips, theres a local painter that drives a lime van for work, his daughter said that hed just repainted it, might have been his van, hes got a big sticker where the windows went, maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me?? and i just wanted to see stripes
Sandman had the same optional engines as the normal commercials they were based upon except HZ where Sandman was standard with 253. So this means:
HQ - 173 (H&L), 202 (H&L), 253 (H&L) or 308.
HJ Holden (early) same as HQ. Late HJ the base was 202.
HJ Kingswood - 202 base.
HX 202 base, low comp basically gone.
HZ 253 base.
