Another Adjusting Problem on my WB!!!

Hi guys, umm my name is Kirsten and I am having this exact same problem with my WB van at the moment and I was so happy to find the answer here, anyway i was just wondering if someone would be able to tell me the part number on the top of the far right bearing as this is the one i need.

kirsten,that is the v8 one..the correct updated genuine gm part number is 92038666 ...good luck and merry xmas
