GMH ones were made by Lukey, not sure who they are.
i made my set for about $70. really easy to find a couple of empty housings, usally plenty at swap meets and cut up some ford electric mirrors (cos they were cheaper than holden ones) glue them in and get new glass cut. most are 3 wre or 4 wire control.
its pretty easy to just put your arm out the window and adjust your mirror tho ha ha
lots of weird and wonderful things on ebay at ridiculous prices!
