Thanks for the thumbs up & support. Much appreciated.
Redbubble is...how do I put it?...an Melbourne based global online art/ist community that doubles as a manufacturer & retail outlet...
Artists(of all types) can sell their work on a variety of products (tees, stickers, prints, iphone cases etc etc).
Each product has a base price & the artist chooses the markup. The base price for the tees is reasonably hefty but I've added an 80% markup (which puts them on par with the pricing of the tees I produce & sell elsewhere).

Sales through Redbubble are probably the easist option for me at the moment.
My production pretty much ground to a halt when I discovered this, & having since moved house I haven't set my equipment back up yet.
Right now my focus is pretty much on trying to remedy & find out more info on this situation.

I did have a look in my stock & found a couple of Sandman tees...& they're red...but it's either a M or a 3XL (the 3XL has red as the main stripe/logo colour, the M has orange)...you're welcome to one of those at $30 including postage if you'd like. No kid's tees though.

If you wanted them to be matching though, you're best bet would be to go through Redbubble due to the fact that they're both differing products (mine are transfers & redbubble uses direct-to-garment printing).....& they can offer both adult's & kid's tees

The image on the Redbubble tees is about 29cm wide & my adult tees the transfers are about 20cm wide.
The redbubble tees are probably bolder & more in your face, but you can probably see a little bit more detail in the transfers (even though they're a smaller image)

In terms of the law, any derivatives are considered copyright infringement. There's certain allowable fair use exceptions such as parody, research, review, news etc. There's no truth to the 15% myth.
Substantial infringement on a commercial scale is a definite offence

I'll try & upload a few more colour options onto Redbubble in the next day or two.

Thanks...well the thing is.. I was quite amenable to negotiations from the start....I just can't quite believe the attitude I've received from these people & their 'reputable company' ....so yeah...my sentiment is pretty much geared that way!
