yeah well i think the bloke got his just dessert, i hate people who go out of there way to rip off uniformed people, obvioulsy the bloke should have done a revs check before he bought it, but its amazing how may people dont know about revs or in vic, its free on the vic roads website, to do a check on any car in vic.
