[/COLOR]Again... this is the reason we shouldn't be advising people on this site to rebody any rusty Sandman or to match plates to chassis numbers. If they do that it is on their own accord and not on our advice.

Fair call. It is a slightly different prospect with HQ-WB Holdens where the chassis number stays on the chassis and isn't stamped into an integral part of the body, but the prospect of fraud still exists. I would still replace a body of a say rusty HQ Sandman ute with another body rather than fix the original but that is just me!
