    Have you called Regency? They're the ones who'll know and if they pass it for you then the rego office can't deny you rego with a passed inspection slip.

    The van hasn't been registered for about 15 years which wouldn't normally be a problem and was hoping to get the guy to just re-rego it for me but the dude that own's it now has had it for a year or two and bought it with no id plates no number plates and no rego papers off the kids of on old guy who had passed away so all a bit tricky to begin with.

    Yeah playwme my next call is regency i was just a bit sick of speaking on the phone to people with no idea transferring me to another person with no idea but hopefully the peeps down there will help me out a little.
