The biggest problem would be the length of a panelvan.....the tow cars tray would overhang far too much...rendering the project useless essentially!

How would one of those handle with a car sitting right up there? Personally, I'd look at getting a smallish jap truck chassis and then whack a tonner cab on it and repower with your choice of engine.
Think the handling would be horrendous...could you imagine the body roll!!!! Dangerous to say the least. Agreed with getting a small jap truck route
