You are correct WBute, we are keeping the original plates for the red van, only we have lost them, briefly but sure they willl turn up after they are re-issued by the RTA and yes there is a $90 a year fee as they are classed as personal.....someone told me not to take a plate in to them as they will keep it and make new ones.....
