I hate how one of our tenants wouldnt look after the yard so it looked like a housing estate then when asked to mow he said like lush long grass, and if he did decide to mow he then said he would only mow the lawn not the barley grass in the lawn. We asked him to move out via the agent (he was such a pg13 nut) he said it was unfair. So we gave him 90 days which was up last sat now he won't give the keys back to the agent so when they went to check it since he did move out, but he had changed the locks. As he is waiting for a tribunal hearing as we have bad mouthed him, as I don't know him or his friends I am not sure what he means by that comment. I am hoping ozbox might come and stay with us for a weeeknd soon and am thinking I might go a pay him a visit and have Oz stand next to me with his special wrecking tool.
