the Holden Brochure says no so, (we obtained an original brochure) we don't think HZ ever came with fluted guards.....they dropped the fluted guards and added double head light front end....I am sure others will confirm this though......they still look good and if you like them then it is all optional

GTS guards in HZ, 100% not fatory. They may however been an option at the dealer. But not fatory fitted.

A question was asked and people answered.... it was relevent.... that is how threads evolve sometimes....
You could not order a HX or HZ Sandman from the factory with GTS guards.... it's as simple as that.. no if's, but's or maybe's. As Jason said you may have been able to have them dealer fitted at extra cost depending on the dealer.
Sandman's were a special vehicle package and as such had limited options available.
