I think it was a customer's choice. Byron has indicated the stickers were fitted at the dealerships if requested by the customer. They were inside the vehicle when they left the factory and could be ordered as spare parts by the dealership.
So I guess the question could be ... Did the dealer get both sets from the factory or was there a prefered set for each colour supplied? Jason indicated he has a document with preferences but I have never seen one.
