Thanks for the pics, i noticed your relay is upside down. Not good as it can store water and stuff it.

The relay is supposed to be bolted next to the washer water container and is the horn relay not flasher unit. The flasher unit/pot is under the dash near the right kick panel. Yes I ave to
rebolt my horn relay, There is always somethng that you miss, you can look at your own work many times but it is sill helpful to have another pair of obervant eyes, Thanks

Of course, horn not flasher. That's what comes of driving 5 hours with 4 children under 7 late in the afternoon.
