Never use it. Just give the tyres a good scrub and they look like clean tyres. White letters have grown on me.... Always hated them but I reckon they look ok now.
Pressure washer will make your tyres look perfect as well. Works on my dirt bike.

I have found the super cheap is better than kitten, espiecally when driving on dirt roads( dust doesnt stick to it.), I spray it on, then wipe it with a rag to get rid of any excess, also use it on the bumper and side strip rubbers, normally lasts about a month, but the car is in a carport at home and work, also have used armoural , but its a bit exp to spray on tyres, but great for dash and door rubbers.

Would baby oil on the tyres work as well? I like a good clean black tyre but not shiny. I have used the foam and have been happy. Is kitten shiny?
I thought the same thing.
Old man had a HZ ute and i the HG. We got tonneau covers made to measure for each ute, from the same person.The HZ (baby oil) was in the sun more then the HG (Amourall), and the HZ's tonneau lasted heaps longer then the HG.
So we had proof that the Baby oil lasted longer.
BO6 = Rarer then a Sandman
might try baby oil in my engine next service and see how long it lasts
If you want to bring your white letting up to look perfect use cream "Jif" and 400 grade wet and dry sandpaper.
I think some cars lend themselves to white lettering (more '70's era), it can look great! But on others it can look horrid.
I think a lot depends on the rims used.
