Not just Kingswood, but any Holden ute or van (except Sandman) optioned with passenger tyres after 9/75 is special vehicle package XU4.
Think of it this way. From 11/71 HQ through to 1985 WB if you just ordered a standard ute or van you got load rated tyres. For some of this time (1974 through to late 1979) you could option Sandman which was option code XX7 for just under 2 years and changed to XU3 for the next 4 years. This is your standard Sandman.
In late 1975 GMH introduced the option of passenger tyres on utes and vans, and this created 2 x new special vehicle packages: XX7 for the new Sandman and XU4 for the rest. The new Sandman only lasted 4 years but XU4 went into WB. No-one can tell me why they didn't just continue with XX7 on the standard Sandman and use XU3 for the new one with passenger tyres.
