What a great document bit hard to read but it looks like it also gives a reason for the change to make installation of ceiling easier

Wow that's a good document to have. Invaluable stuff. I hope there are a few copies made of those sorts of documents. They are easily lost for ever in the event of a house fire etc.

Please don't burn down my house!
