Certainly, being a professional photographer I have a vested interest in Photoshop and other image programs.
Of course Photoshop can be used for many, many different things. It will depend on what you require.

Looking for some graphic work on the forums items like header and forum status icons plus other ideas.

Yeah possibly. I'm more into photographs, but I can do graphics and banner ads etc.
Graphic art is more for Vector based software, more so than Photoshop.
Whether I'm the person for the job would depend.

Have you got something to compare to, rough starting point?

Immersive panoramas are my specialty:

But I also do things like:

I photograph, manipulate images and graphics more so than draw.

See what's forth coming, others with different or more suited talent might put their hands up.
