$60 per rim for blasting is way high. I pay $25 and i reckon im getting taken

those buggers talk it up. Ive watched them do it. They can strip one side of a wheel in a couple minutes

$25 each rim is about average. A local bloke to me is doing mine for $20/rim (stripped and into etch primer), but I am supplying 10 rims to be done (6x 14x6 and 4x 14x8) for that price.

Cheers guys. You guys obviously don't live in Mackay and incurr the mining tax........up here mate if you want something done industrially you're treated like a miner......my alleged God things are dear here.
I spoke to the guy i subby for today and he reckons the dude whom does all the work on his machines can do them for nothing so heres hoping.
Haven't been able to get back to the Stato, flat out, but will try and post the id tag details over the weekend. I really want to know what this thing is.
I'll post them when i get them.
