    There was a blue UC hatch on ebay a fair while ago with a vr/vs dash in it that didn't look too bad. Overall I'm not a fan of the idea though.

    U17 is the option code for the sports dash in HJ-WB. It was standard fitment to HZ SL/E

    Yes it is. The SL/E had the gloss walnut fascia like the HX LE (just with RTS badge), had the U17 dash and N67 wheels as standard fitment.
