Agro, it's simply a case of none of them are working beside the left blinker. Park lights, low beam and high beam aren't working, nor is the right front blinker. I'am not a auto electrician but I would start looking a you earth wires on lights and earth from battery to radiator support
You may need to clean paint of so the earths work correctly easy to check with a piece of wire
