That amount of cam lift means nothing in itself. The real question is what ratio rockers are you using to give you what lift at the valves? Very interested to find out what heads and how much of the original 4V valves are left in there as there is no way 2.19" and 1.71" are ever going to fit together in a cast iron 308 head even if you try to fill and counter or offset bore the guides (which never lasts long - we tried this numerous times and it never worked well).

The rockers are 1.63 as I had the rocker covers of today and checked them out..
This motor made 500hp in a LX torana approx 2yrs ago, don't ask me how, when and what.. There are dyno sheets to prove this!
I will have it running and tuned up then put on the dyno myself hopefully by the end of the month and will be quite happy to share the number and dyno sheet.
