It is a Colorado chassis with a wagon body, and a piddly little 2.8L diesel 4cyl. Same concept as a baby Landcruiser (Prado) and a Pathfinder. At least Toyota offer a 4.0L petrol engine. I know it is just a cheap and easy way to sell a competitor to these but if they had any sense they'd but a 6.0L in it. They put the awful 3.0L Commodore V6 into a Captiva so they can do it. On that, I drove the 7 seat Captiva before we bought the RX350 and it was awful. We liked the smaller 5 seater, but guess what? They missed the mark again, and only made it a 2WD and only a piddly little engine.
