I am reading fifty shades of grey ATM there was so much hype about it I thought I would see what I thought. Read most of Bryce Courteneys books. Di Morrissy is also good and ken Follits pillers of the earth is one of my favoutites.

I read Don't tell mum I work on the rigs... awhile ago. Good book.

A couple of other good books I've read recently are 3 men in a raft, and 5 months in a leaky boat, both by Ben Kozel.

I have read most of the Wilbur Smith books, Sunbird is a ripper as were River God and the follow ons... Also like James Patterson and Bryce Courtney.

I picked up Inca Gold by Clive Cussler as something to read on the plane while working in Papua New Guinea in the mid 90's and enjoyed it so much I have since read every book ever written by Clive Cussler, great books if you enjoy adventure.

The book Sahara was made into a movie starring Matthew McConaughey and Penelope Cruze.

Yep, Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt series was awesome. The Tom Clancy Jack Ryan series was also really good and the Jason Bourne trilogy is excellent.

And I thought we were all a bunch of mechanics that only read workshop manuals and "Street Machine"!

I don't know where anyone gets the time now with this interwebby thingy taking up valuable reading time.
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!

I don't get as much time to read as I used to with the kids and work etc.

But I've got and/or read most of Robert Ludlum, Stephen King, Wilbur Smith etc's books. Among many others.
