    Is that the same colour as the HZ ute in Echuca Musuem with the really low k's, if it is cant say that colour inspires me that much but each to their own.

    Looks like most of the interior is there, just needs to be cleaned up and re trimmed, etc. Has the GTS wheels too...good barn find for someone wanting to get their teeth into a genuine Sandman. I haven't got a blue one yet...

    And it is a fairly rare 1978 Pagewood build. I don't think there were many assembled in Pagewood in 1978. I only have them from March until the middle of June. I believe Pagewood stopped building commercials at the end of June 1978 to concentrate on VB Commodore assembly.

    Our red van is a late pagewood how close is it to this one without finding a photo of tags...coz am too hot and lazy....

    I think yours is May '78 and about 4500 PSN's, 3750 chassis numbers later (yours is the 253 with 63V trim? - I have a 4/78 308 Pagewood XX7 van in 1928 but it has 60V trim). The last Pagewood van PSN that I know of is 8M70LHH958052Z, a 6/78 example. Last ute is also 6/78 8N80LHH958797Z.
