Yes and no. Rare as it appears to be a B30 special vehicle package, ie Holden van with full length headlining and carpet. You couldn't factory fit either one of these outside of Kingswood or Sandman unless they came together as a B30 package. I reckon it must have been way too dear and dealers just bought aftermarket carpet if you wanted it.
