    VS SS UTE - RURAL NSW to PERTH - 3,500kms?
    Calais SV88 - Camberra to Perth - 3,000kms?

    Hey Vombil sounds like there are not any good late model ss stuff in perth, what did you pay for the vs ss ute iam looking at one at the moment for about $8k very low klm and tidy.
    there is also an SLR 5000 VS commodore for sale in albury, the guy has been bagged out saying its bullshit, but iam well aware they made a limited number, just not sure it will be a collector in years to come.

    I couldn't remember the car so went a googled it. Was seriously hoping to see a dumped VS Commodore with fatty hotwires, a reverse bonnet scoop, blacked-out bonnet, mega fibreglass wheel arch moulds along with the SLR 5000 emblazoned whale tail and a massive polished drop tank hanging out underneath the back between the pair of 3 inch dump pipes...

    Ah, I really should stay off the coffee after these early morning starts....

    no, they were 5.7L's
    i have a 6L now and hate it. i had a VE with 6L and hated that too. they drink petrol... and they call for special flavour premium. i'm over it

    you can nurse it and it still drinks the shit. anyways, ive sold it so now someone else can hang out at the servo full time

    Ok that's handy to know I'm looking at 2 different cars for my wife ATM one is a 2011 g6e falcon and the other is a 2011 ssv Holden 80% of the milliage is hiway work its a bit over a 200km round trip to and from work for her
