I'm Assuming that they are acting on behalf of the owner and that's their cut? It should be a negotiated price then they take the 7.5% and give the owner the rest if that is the case. either way they have to earn a $ on the cars.

Yeah it's a city auction idea that one. It should be taken out of the price like a rural auction is. Buyers premiums are crap.

a really nice van, have emailed requesting more pics but the colour is growing on me.

ive spoken to the owner of that HQ van and i must say ive definitely delt with nicer more obliging people in my time. he was honest at least... i think. Its got rust and has had rust. bog bubbles here and there. roof gutter, seams, sills, doors etc. Sad that people would attempt to sell an item of that value with an inaccurate (omissions) description and less that adequate pictures. oh well. It is ebay i suppose!
