I'll get corrected very quickly if I'm wrong, but, from memory, the HX had the long grain type vinyl on the crash pad and the ribbed type headlining and the HZ had the "sandpaper" type vinyl on both the crash pad and the headlining. I don't know when the change over was made between the models, whether there was a cut off date or as the stocks were replenished on the line. If it was the latter, then different colours would have different changeover dates. Going by logic!!! The change would have happened at the model change as the trim codes are slightly different between models in some cases.

Well i did some research today and you are correct dick hz did come out with sandpaper vinyl and the change over is a mystery as that info is impossible to find but at least i can get the trim correct now
