    308 vs 350

Hi all i have found a good turbo pattern 308 for sale and i am thinking of replacing the dead 350 in my van. my van has a t700 4 spd auto and i would like to know what i have to change to convert it back to a holden motor . I know exhaust will be different and flex plate, radiator and engine mounts but it sounds too simple and i dont have a lot of time or money so can anybody tell me what i have forgotten? thanks . (the 308 is a complete running motor with all accessories but no trans)

Flex plate and radiator... Same pattern. Hk will know for sure, T700 will run nice with the 308! Do you want a radiator? I have one at the moment, I have a fellow coming around tomorrow to look at it.

    Engine mounts..

You've about got it covered. Assuming the 308 you are getting is complete and has battery leads, alternator brackets etc on it

    Exhaust
    Radiator
    Engine harness
    Throttle linkage if HQ
Probably kickdown cable setup for 4L60 box on top of engine
Fuel, radiator and heater hoses. Probably a few other hoses too.
    Flex plate.
    Fan shroud.

Engine mounts are the same, just the adapters are different.
Make sure it has a TH crank in it too, just recently found out TH pattern 308's have a different machining in the rear of the crank for the torque converter.
