    As far as I know the HQ and HJ Sandman vehicles were based on the base Belmont/Holden packages unless like the HQ Sandman Ute they came in Kingswood models as well. This would include the door trims and vinyl bucket seats without cloth inserts.

    The absence or presence of the internal door arm rests is really up to your descretion. They were options on the models so could of been there from the factory.

    Another recent thread has the addition of the arm rests as standard equipment in the HJ from 5/75.
