Is that first document talking about an option on a HJ (HJ8WN70) Kingswood van?
Does the B47 option mean you could get a HJ Holden van with a full roof lining but not a Sandman?

HJ - is the series of the vehicle.
    8W - signifies Holden Australia.
M - defines this as a commercial vehicle or N for Kingswood.
70 - is the Body style in this case a panel van or 80 for ute

Cool about knowing when the armrests became manditory not an option. You could option armrests even on a HQ Blocker.
