I just re-read it, it says WN70 & XX7. Kingswood vans were in the future plan at this date, remember HX would be a long way into develoment at this stage. There is no mention of it in the text, just the header. At this late stage there was no Kingswood van for HJ, but it may still have lingered in a list somewhere like the HJ Monaro did.
