Will it affect the value of the van in the end?

    In short YES!!
If you are trying to save a couple of dollars on your trim, shop around but using stitched not welded will look cheap. There are enough trimmers out there who are doing the trim in the original manner, that makes using non original trim a bad idea.
If your car is an original Sandman, you will be devalueing it by using the wrong seats.
Your interior depends on the model of your car, if it is Kingswood based, 8WN80/8WN70 then it will have Chamois interior and Kingswood door trims.
If your car is Holden based, 8WM80/8WM70 then it will have Beige interior with the base model door trims.
The colour is the same in both cases and the code is the same 60V just the NAME of the trim is different.
