Advice on WB panelvan.

I wanted to post this onto the eBay sales items found page but being new I don't yet have permission. I've found this van and have emailed the seller to organise a look. I was just after people's input as being new to panelvans I know very little and what to look out for when I go check it out. I'm restoring a ej wagon so I'm mostly just after a tidy panelvan that I can rely on to get me around for the next few years. I'm not a purist so not fussed that this isn't a genuine sandman, I'm happy as long as it's tidy and reliable. I'm more likely to eventually put a gen 3 into it in the future if I hold onto it. If anyone is able to tell me anything about these vans, how they go on gas, any likely problems or anything to look out for I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks

The price seems reasonable but you never know what you are buying unless you give it a good tyre kick
Being a WB it wont be a Sandman but it looks good at that price.
