Ole mate has spent approx $28k on his unfinished replica and thinks that is what it is worth, going on previous sales and posts I would say around half that for the finished product maybe a little more, on the (albeit poor) pics alone the resto looks to be of reasonable quality.

I'm puzzled by why you would supposedly spend $28k on building a replica. If you plan to spend that much start with the real thing so you only lose $10k rather than $20k
