I would check the history out on it if you can, those plates have been put back on pretty badly.
Rodney agrees with you on that one....that on one plate particulary they do not appear to be the correct pop rivets....
The rivets on all three plates look correct and original to me, HQ and earlier were not pop rivets like those on HJ onwards.
Model number 80469 is Kingswood sedan V8 which aligns with 8N69 on the Vin. This is correct for early HQ GTS 4dr Monaro's.
No stamping for engine and axle means the standard components were fitted IE 253 engine and 3.08:1 axle. M20 is stamped for Trans as a M15 3sp was standard in a V8 Kingswood.
Paint code 15335...1868 is Orchid Metallic.... a purplish pink metallic colour.
30X is black vinyl trim.
