    Ebay have changed their listing policy..... Previously you had to pay a listing fee for your ad and listings like this one came and got taken down regularly....

    Now its free to list on ebay so the only way they make a $ is if items sell..... Now things that used to be remove never seem too these days

    Its all about the almighty $

    Silly thing is, if he sold the rusty cowl panel with the tags attached that is perfectly legal!
