You'd want to inspect it closely. These are held on with huge amounts of Sikaflex and really not designed to be removed.
That said, it's a bargain if it's in good usable condition.

Remember though you need bits off the lower tailgate also.
Another thing, if it is an original FTP/HBD canopy (grab the HBD options compliance tag) and check for cracks or weakness over the passenger head area as this was a weak point on the old mould.
