wish i had of taken pics of the hq statesman doors that are unique to power windows...you would be scratchin your heads tryin to figure out where the holes for the manual regs are????...:errf:
The problem I have now is the HQ door skin is not the same HX door (white one). The exterior lip below the window has a rounder edge. While the HQ door is more square and had a chrome strip.
Pity because the green door is rust free, while the white one will require welding. Maybe it'll be cheaper to keep looking for a pair of matching doors.
or you can just find a damaged hj to wb door and remove the internal pressing at the front and then weld it into the hq door, thats what i did..
one of the skins is aftermarket maybe? they can be quite dodgy sometimes.. lol
